DRUM SHELL FORMING
It is made by curling, gluing and bonding 3 to n layers of solid wood boards (each approximately 1mm thick) together, followed by shaping with a mold.
BRACKET DRILLING
Each different component of the bracket is manufactured using a stamping die, followed by assembly.
DRUM HOOP DRILLING
After stamping hoops of different sizes into shape, hole drilling is then carried out.
DRUM HOOP POLISHING
After the drum hoop stamping is completed, the next process is drum hoop polishing. Fine polishing facilitates the subsequent electroplating treatment.
DRUM SHELL ASSEMBLY
Drum Shell Assembly requires tight seams of the shell to ensure resonance performance.
